Curtis Ocular Surgery

I know this is all through covid, but to have multiple phone calls changing the date for my son to see the Dr. To be told he has two weeks to make up mind about about seeing another Dr. Before he makes up mind. They phone with a appoint for this other Dr within the week. Not professional to make presumptions as to what my son wanted to do. This Clinic left a very sour taste in mouth!

I took my friend Ruth who is 90 to Dr. Curts office today, a bit of an emergency. Jen was awesome on the phone and in person. Dr. Curts was FANTASTIC. He explained in detail what was wrong and why he had to do the things he had to do. Even though it was at the end of a long day, he took the time and treated her with respect and a like a real human being! There are not enough stars for this office and Dr. I would recommend Dr. Curts and his office staff in a heart beat to anyone!

I was sent to Dr. Curts for a post surgical visit. Jen , the receptionist was so professional and caring over the phone when making the appointment, I was comfortable about going. I watched Jen deal with Dr. Curts patients as we waited to see Dr. Curts. She is exceptional in her care and patience while explaining clearly to the patient what to expect. Congratulations on having such a caring person being there. Dr. Curts was so great in taking the time to check my eye and explain things.
