Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

Dean is awesome. He came and saw us on Thursday, gave a good price and was able to fit me in on Monday. Installed a new hot water tank. He also double checked I was ahead with my other project we had planned before he began, and he was right to check. Great price, great service, left no mess behind, took away old tanks and cardboard. Very friendly and conscientous. Great price. Would have him back in a heartbeat. Tish B.

Dean is an excellent plumber, very personable and easy to work with, prompt at returning calls, knowledgeable with repairs and installs. He did all the plumbing in my house, I wouldnt use another plumber.
