Discount Car and Truck Rentals Peterborough

I had rented from them multiple times a year over the course of maybe 5-6 years and I never had a problem. Recently they started changing all of their rules/policies so now I am no longer allowed to rent from them despite being a perfect long-time customer. We are always told different things from different people there. Very poor management! I now have no way of getting from home to school and have to pay strangers $300 every time I need something moved! So disappointing and infuriating.

I booked a vehicle 2 weeks in advance and they car me half an hour before I have to be on the road to tell me sorry the vehicle you booked is not available and we have nothing else for you have a good day I'm pretty sure that is horrible customer service not ever an apology
