Customer service not an option at Park lane
I took my 2007 silverado in to Park Lane to repair a leaking factory sunroof. Less than a year later the sunroof is leaking again. I took it back and after receiving the same repair, they wanted me to pay for it a second time. When I called their Service Manager and questioned him in a calm, mature manner as to why I was paying for the same repair so soon after the initial repair, he immediately threatened to take me to court and hung up on me. This is the 2nd incident. Prior to this, I took the same truck to Park Lane for a factory recall on the heated windshield washer. They removed the option and when I tried to use the washer fluid it was empty. I found it to be a little amateurish, but no big deal. I filled it up but when I went to use it, washer fluid poured on the floor. They cut the tube which connected to the wipers and never replaced it. I end up fixing it myself(should of learned my lesson then). Their service manager is rude and completely useless when it comes to helping the customer. I contacted Chevy Canada and they were very helpful. I will never deal with Park Lane again. It is a shame they are the only option when it comes to chevy owners in Sarnia.
