Canadian Tire Auto Service

Bought a Car Battery at another location Leaside and not installed),and was told they couldnt exchange it for the right one since I didnt buy it there, and they are a franchise. So I tried to explain that most retail stores will honour an exchange between location. No luck, I had to make the trek back to Leaside. The franchisee should take down the Canadian Tire signage and put up a sign in his or her name since they think they are better than Canadian Tire and dont have to help the brand.

bought 4 cans of paint on sale a while ago....needed one more to finish the house...went to the store......while I didn't get the last can on sale, the Manager gave me a discount....

recently i did a winter tire change in this location. This branch did a real good work and gave a good deal.

This place takes advantage of woman over charged for battery

$165 to change a battery are you kidding ? Car having battery problems they check and confirm and replace and insist that it was $165 in shop charges more then the cost of a new battery . This is the most basic car repair it should not take anymore than ten minutes to diagnose and replace 3 bolts and just lift the old battery out and put new one in .Stay away as these people obviously get bonuses based on how big they can make your bill .BTW the car is just a basic Toyota Corolla not Rolls

Horrible, rude an...

Horrible, rude and arogant staff. The managers are useless. They don't even try to reason prices if damaged. They're cheap with their items and try to sell it for a high price. They always have the wrong labels with the items and make you go back to check it again. The general manafer has a very bad attitude. They talk back too much. I recommend some heavy advil before walking into that store

I have been shopping at this store over many years and have been happy until recently. I was waiting in line over a price discrepancy for over 30 minutes. There was a sign above the product which clearly identified the price. The staff agreed with me. I had a picture I of it on my phone. The manager bring very petty declined Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and I will never purchase anything here again. I hope everyone who reads this has second thoughts about shopping here.
