My mother who is a senior, hired this company to repair her roof and do some repairs on her eaves trough. Her eaves trough has a huge leak now that wasnt there before. It leaks all over her side door so now she is not able to use that door when it rains. They came around once, had a look and made some adjustments but the problem is worse. Emailed them 5 weeks ago and have not heard from them since!

They installed eavestroughs for us and did the job efficiently at the price quoted. They were very courteous as well.

Asked the company...

Asked the company for a quote on a new roof. Company agreed to come in two days and leave a quote in my mailbox, but they never showed. A few days later they called and said they drove by my house but couldn't access the roof because it was too steep and would have to look at an aerial view of my roof and would drop off a quote the next day. Once again they didn't show and never called to say they wouldn't be coming. I guess they don't need my business.

Messy, unprofessional contact, no consistent use of harness. Decent prices, but not worth the concerns.
