The dispatch personnel are extremely unprofessional, rude, aggressive, and uncaring. Unbelievably poor service, prolonged wait times, with a complete lack of regard when dealing with customers. Hire people fit for this work or don't attempt to run a service that caters to vulnerable people. If I could I'd also give 0 stars.

I had an appointment at Princess Margaret Cancer Center for 5:15am. I called for a car at 4am. I was still waiting for the car at 5:30. Finally I cancelled. Beeline is under government contract for ODSP medical transport. I have had to reschedule the appointment that I had waited for 3 months to get. Dispatcher is rude and hard to understand. I wouldn't reccomend Beeline to anyone

I had a bad experience with them. Dispatcher was so rude. You guys have to improve your customer service!!!!!!!

I’m currently on ODSP. I have been using Beeline Taxi for several years now. Overall, 95 o/o, or more of the cabs have been in very poor condition inside ( dirty, the back seats are in a state of deterioration ( holes, wear & tear & just totally in need of replacement!) I have experienced bad odors in a few cabs; trash on the floor in the back etc. I have been verbally abused on a few occasions by drivers! I was verbally abused by the dispatch person as well!, just last evening! Please improve!
