    Uneducated staff.

    Ive worked in Towing in Alberta for years, I called this company, this morning to have a minivan towed, front wheel drive , easy hook up, keys, nothing wrong with it other then being moved from point A to point B. The person on the phone was trying to tell me dollies were needed when in fact there is NO REASON what so ever for dollies to be used. As soon as I informed the person on the phone I had worked in towing, his story changed however I have chosen not to do business with a company that in my opinion was going to over charge me.
