WORSE SERVICE EVE...
WORSE SERVICE EVER. Was told I could exchange a phone that was purchased in January, but only if I could provide a box and receipt. I explained that I was disabled and that the phone is for my mother at the nursing home, and that currently I am caring for another family member in ICU. I asked if they could make an exception this once as they said now that I spent 3 hours searching for the box and receipt so that they could exchange their response was no. Contact the warranty service. They told me they didn't care if someone was in the hospital or that I had spent time looking for it or that their own employee told me they would exchange it. I waited for 5 minutes to even be spoken to as the two employees at the desk chatted about another customer. Waited 15 minutes for the manager who told me after 30 days you contact the warranty, but told me if they took the phone they could not get warranty because 40 days passed. They don't care my Mother would be without a phone. The warranty is in the states. It says mail it to us all shipping and handling is at our expense. Instead of them exchanging it at the store. I told them if they told me in the phone when I called at 11 am, I could have utilized my time purchasing something else so my Mom had use of something immediately. Now I have to purchase a new phone 9 top of wasting the hours at this location. All staff was rude &, non empathetic. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!! If you need some thing medically related go to Durham Medical. Best service, with superb staff.
