Gestion Immobilière Ges-Mar Inc

After almost 10 years of managing the Place des nations buildings in bois Franc (saint Laurent), the building syndicate finally terminated the contract with Ges-Mar. GES mar is a horrible maintenance company and the 5 or 6 communications I have had with our building administrator at Ges-Mar were very disrespectful on his part (I was told to "f' off, your not my boss" after requesting for repairs. I filed a complaint with the director only to be told 'ouen..on est stressé'' wow! ..good riddance!

Useless. They don't do anything. Kids screaming, Trash in the hallway, non stop noise.

Une compagnie arrogante

Affreux. J'habite dans un bâtiment géré par cette compagnie et j'ai eu une expérience très désagréable avec un de leur représentant. Le tout a pris une tournure très désagréable où moi et ma copine avons été insultés, manqués de respect, et nous nous sommes faites rire de nous en pleine face. Nous attendons également que notre porte d'entrée principale soit réparé, cela fait 2 semaines qu'elle est défoncée et la poignée est tombé...pas foutu de la réparer. TRÈS ORDINAIRE COMME ENTREPRISE!

I give 1 star because I can't give less. This company does not do a good job. Very poor management of their properties. Always asking for more money and never give a good service. If I could, I would not use them. I have only one recommendation: do not sign with them! It is very hard to get away from them.

They try to haras...

They try to harass you unjustly regarding rent. They sue for rent you have already paid. Very poor accountacy of rent payment. Hard to reach through phone or email and very inaccessisble regarding resolution of problems. Does not respond to repair requests.
