I had an estimate for my lawn to be re-done (top soil + grass etc..) Confirmed the job to be done based on the estimate April 10, same day amount charged to my credit card, but 2 weeks later still no confirmation or acknowledgement of payment from evergreen, despite the fact I spoke to receptionist STASHA since then. demonstration of full blown incompetecy, and I want to cancel the job to be done and asking for a full refund.
