The worst company I have ever dealt with. They are not forthcoming at all. Highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. The WORST I have ever come across.
Got stuck on the Buffalo Pound dam in some heavy deep snow with a trailer attached. Guys got me out and on my way after a difficult tow. Fast arrival , professional and all around good guys ! Will call again . Thanks fellas !
Took 7 hours for the truck to come out and swap the flat tire with a spare. Good thing I wasn't stranded on the side of the road in the rural area as temps were in the -30C range with the windchill. I had to stay a half hour late at work because the driver did not show until the end of my shift. Call was placed around 10:00 a.m. that morning.
If this is what a stranded individual has to look forward to for roadside assistance then I would suggest to cancel the subscription and call a neighbour or friend for help as I'm sure they could get to you quicker than 7 hours.
I got my car towed which is my own fault but it shouldn't be a pain to retrieve my vehicle. Very un helpful no one in their work building knows anything just bad service.
I was recently in Moose Jaw and had my car break down on a main street while turning the corner and I just made it around to find myself in the bus lane. I did call CAA and they asked it I was safe and I said kind of but I was in the bus lane and barely around the corner and she said she put put me down as urgent and Walker's Towing would be there in 30 minutes. Three hours later the tow truck showed up. By this point all the mechanics in town were closed and I had no where to go since I was from out of town. When the driver picked me up he continued to tell me he had been taking his time all day so he didn't have to do many runs and the longer he took on each run the sooner he could get home. So in other words he took his sweet time to ensure I was the last run of the day. I was not impressed. I wish in all my panic I would have asked for a name but I did not.
The dispatch lady (Rose) was awesome! I informed her I was from out of province and needed a 4X4 towed along with a car on a trailer. She sent the flat bed tow truck out and went above her duty by finding me a location that could fix my truck in the morning.The driver Justin was awesome as well. Both of these employees were great to me and my family, and if I was ever in Moose Jaw area again and needed a tow truck they would be my number 1 choice....
