Staff was friendly,willing to hep but need more qualification when recommeding & selling NON refundable (expensive) supplies.I clearly described a toe issue I was experiencing in detail and was sold what I was told was a toe divider for both right and left feet. Turns out what I was sold were callous/corn guards for an area of my foot NOT having any issues. Never opened the package but the store refused to exchange, only wanted to sell me something else. Had to deal with owner to make it right.
