    Horrible branch like honestly do not go. Been there and they people don't know that some people have lives and are unwilling to ever assist you with anything avoid this branch

    This is my home b...

    This is my home branch and i never, ever go inside unless I absolutely have to. Today was one of those days unfortunately. The ladies that work at this bank are beyond miserable and talk down to you, it actually makes me sad as I know a lot of seniors bank with this branch, and I have seen how they are spoken to. The other CiBC branches I have been to are wonderful and polite. In my opinion, try and avoid this one unless you are already In a bad mood
