Noah attended today and did a huge service for us at our Condo the Merivale. Exceptional customer relations and service and is going to bat regarding a spring issue we have.

A spring broke on our door - with the car safely tucked inside - ie: we could not use it until the door was fixed. Phoned at 9 am - the door was operational again shortly after noon. Quick professional service. Thank you Noah!

Brought a garage package from N**f*. Creative were to supply the garage door/opener as a 3rd party vendor. I paid for everthing thing but contractor told me and Nu**f that garage door remote is missing in the box i contacted Nu**f they tossed the buck to Creative. So i phoned creative they said it should be in the box, if its missing i have to pay$60 to buy a new one from them.so technically pay for it twice.I paid $30 fo something which was promised.So please double check all what they supply

I called Bonnie on Friday in the late afternoon before the start of the long weekend in Sept..We set up appt.for Tues.afternoon between 1 and 3Pm.Bart arrived at approx. 1:30PM.He had all the necessary parts,tools and equipment to do the repairs.He was super friendly and very efficient and had the door repaired and adjusted in very little time.He answered all the questions I had and he replaced all parts that were required.The garage door has never worked so well.I definitely would call again.

I called Creative Door last week. within the hour, Callum was at my home and the new door was installed today. The installer, Ed, is a gem. He worked alone non stop from 8:30 am until he finished around 3pm.. no breaks, just did the job. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Well done Creative Door.

Noah and James came out to Delisle to fix a couple doors for CPS. After looking at their work, we would definitely get them to come out again. They were efficient and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work before they left. We recommend getting these guys to help you out with any overhead door needs.
