    disappointed ...i...

    disappointed ...im a cofee drinker and my wife send me a coffee mug with love all the way from NewDelhi India ..spending close to Rs 3500/- It was delivered on wed last week , I was so excited to open my gift ...to my dismay ..i found it was smashed.. i called the help desk frustrated to complain ... "the lady replied " its just a 3$ cup ..what do you expect me to do sir ?issue refund ?" i felt so insulted !! its not the money .. it was my wifes gift..so insensitive !
