Went in for a con...

Went in for a consult just before Christmas- staff and Dr. Ryan were great! My daughter was nervous to start off but the staff at the front and during the consult were so gentle and kind to her. Dr. Ryan talked to her about sports and school , he really took the time to include her in the conversation. Left with a lot of information and a free observation appointment 6 months from now, so happy. I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

Amazing New Office-Great Staff and Doctors

I am taking both my children to Dr.Lacoursiere at Image Orthodontics. My eight year old got his braces on a couple months ago and we both couldn't be happier with the progress- his teeth are looking better and better everyday. It is easy to see the change in my sons confidence. People, especially friends and family comment on his great smile all the time and we just started. My daughter is six years old and is in need of extensive work but Dr.Lacoursiere has already found a way to hopefully avoid one of the surgeries we had been told she will need. I have already referred my neighbour and always let people know who our Orthodontist is- my kids are happy and comfortable with the staff at Image orthodontics and Dr.Lacoursiere.

I too think the service at Image Orthodontics is Great. I did get a referral from from dentist to see Dr. Lacoursiere but I guess I didn't NEED one(good to know so I can refer my friends). The office is great but I was most impressed by Dr.Lacoursiere's ability to speak with my shy daughter and he gave us all treatment options. We were impressed with the staff and the way Dr.Lacoursiere spoke with us and everyone he interacted with. Dr.Lacoursiere is professional but at the same time it is clear he knows how to interact with kids- he must have kids of his own. One of his staff even took our little one for a walk while we 'talked' about treatment options etc. We love the staff, the office and location- lots of close parking, which is big for us we have other smaller children.

Image Orthodontics treated me & my family so well!

I recently visited this new clinic by Willow grove in the University Heights mall and do they have it together! Dr. Mike was amazing...courteous, excellent customer service, and a great sense of humor. He explained things very well and spent enough time with us to make sure all of our questions were answered...top notch orthodontist...I am going for my Invisalign consult next month (after my daughter was the guinea pig ;) ) The atmosphere is modern, the extras in the waiting room are awesome and the staff is friendly and upbeat. Not to mention, you don't need a referral from your dentist...yup...NO REFERRAL... Highly recommended A+
