Northern Lights Optometry

I have been a client of Northern Lights Optometry for over 5 years. Their front end customer service is excellent and Drs. Kisser and Gorrell have provided me with the best of vision care. I recently got multi-focals through them but they did not work for me, so, free of charge, they remade them into computer glasses, which are fantastic. Even better, they did the redo in just ONE DAY, thanks to the spectacular skills and service of their on-site staff. Thank You so much!

They overcharge for the eye exams, always late and behind on appointments.

Incredible customer service!! Dr. Gorrell is fantastic and I always know I'm getting the very best in eye care for my whole family. Super knowledgable, wether it's basic eye exam or a diabetic exam, very thorough. Fantastic selection of glasses and sunglasses at a competitive price point and unmatched selection. Definitely the best optometrist in town!!
