10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

These guys did a great job of "rescuing my car" when she decided to die on the 403 after work. I was driving home to Brampton and suddenly had no power. These guys coordinated with my timing and even took my car to my work and dropped it in Brantford so I could continue home with my wife. Dave is a nice fella and a great asset to your company. These guys were fantastic! Pressed for time with the ground thawing, I needed to move a 36’ travel trailer into my yard asap. Not only did they do it on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of March, but during a snow squall to boot. Everything went even better than planned and they were very thorough and professional and came in cheaper than anticipated. I would highly recommend them for all your towing needs. I have called this company several times for friends, family and myself. There was a mishap once and the owner repaired the problem immediately and offered his sincerest apologises. After many years of dealing with this company myself and several other people in the community have to commend the owner for being an upstanding and professional business man. A very special thank you to Tyler. We had a flat and they estimated 45 minutes until they got to us. He got there in 25 minutes. Quicker than the pizza guy! Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service. I would have done it myself, but I like my wife to find me handsome, not handy! Dad showed me how to do stuff, but the voices in my head were louder and screamed hire a pro! LOL!
