We are in Banff at least 3 times and year and we always make a stop into the bakery. They have awesome bread but also serve a brisk lunch/snack business. My favorite treat is their vegetarian Foccacia. It is freshly baked to be ready for 11:30 am and they also have a meat version. Ic is baked in a huge commercial baking tray and each serving is cut from the whole. They have small tables and chairs set outside and that is a good thing because it is always busy.
