Horrible service, went in to get my phones dim screen problem fixed and a week later the same problem came back, went back for a refund and after arguing for an hour they decided to replace my screen again when they replaced it the phone went completely dim.. blamed it on my "motherboard" and gave half my money back, upon further research the phone going completely dim is a result of not unplugging the battery before replacing screen. They didn't admit to it or give my money back.

The customer service I received today was Awesome. The guys were very friendly. My iphone stopped working last night. I took my iPhone 6s to the CELL MANIA for check up and they said all it needed was cleaning in my charging port and it was done free of charge. I really recommend this place.

Never trust these people with any of your valuable items. They over promise and under deliver. They didn't even fix my phone! When I got my phone back, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Not only are they unprofessional and incompetent, they are very rude. Honestly, I don't see how anybody would give a positive review for this place. I regret going to them. The service delivered was awful, as they didn't even do their job that they guaranteed me. Definitely would not reccomend

incorrecly replaced iphone screen and it came out and cracked the next day and they refused to fix it/admit it was their fault. paid $230 for another broken screen
