I bought a first week unlimited pass at this new hot-yoga studio called Tri-yoga. I was so impressed with the instructors, the front desk staff, and even the students that practice here. Everyone was so nice, I never felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. I just had a baby a few months ago, so I am trying to get back in shape. The studio even has Child care, its crazy! They have this cute "kids studio" behind the front desk (away from the hot studio, so you cant hear the kids playing) that is always supervised. The teachers were always happy to help me. I have been to some hot studios that made me feel like I was in boot camp rather then yoga, that was never the case here, even in the Tri-hot Flow class ( the fast almost power yoga class). The hot beginner and beyond class and Yang -Yin classes are my fav! You have to check this place out!
