Great experience ...

Great experience buying a 2014 jetta. We got there and we were greeted by Yuda. The experience was great. The staff was accommodating and very willing to adjust to meet our schedule.

poor service

the service writers lack of knowledge was astounding; couldn't even name the parts correctly! The service managers unwillingness to resolve the situation means that we will never visit 5th ave again.

Great Service

I bought my vw at southcentre about a year and half ago - had a great experience there but some issues with their service dept - the service dept at this location tho was a much better experience - hope to have more to come.
