Mr Mike's Plumbing

Mr. Mike's plumbing does not have honest pricing. They charge a $70 dispatch fee, then when they get to the door hit you with a $313 "diagnostic fee", and if you refuse service for their ridiculous pricing, you're out $70. THEY ALSO CHARGE A $30 FEE FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO USE HIS TOOLS. ??? Altogether, I was charged $434.14 for 30 minutes of work and for the technician to tell me that the AC was too old to be fixed...

My experience with Mr Mike's Plumbing has been outstanding. There have been three service call (initially a clogged drain and then a replacement of a main water shut off valve), and each time, a high level of professionalism shown by the technicians involved. Recently I had a poly-B pipe leak on a Sunday and this expertly and efficiently dealt with by Ladis, someone who I would describe as a plumbing super-technician. In sum, I enthusiastically recommend this ethical and reliable company!

Had a failed pump and bad sewage smell. Plumber came quickly, diagnosed the problem and scheduled a time to replace the pump for the next day. Quick, professional and personable.

Jason W came out to our place to repair a corroded hose in our laundry room. He arrived right on time (called to say he was coming) and provided us with different options for the repair. After the work was done Jason ran me through what he did, answered my questions, and explained the maintenance for me to take care of. There are no surprises with the flat pricing these guys have - quote is what you pay. Very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to call again but hopefully dont need you guys too much ;)

Amazing service replaced my main drain. Really good price and excellent work! Would recommend to everyone had 4 other plumbers come and honestly couple less expensive but having clean guys in uniform is worth pay 10 percent more also they gave us life time warranty on the sewer line replacement.

Terrible company and disappointing services. The technician was a great guy but the price was way too high. Management didn’t seem to care about issues. I wouldn’t recommend their services
