I tried the system, found it wasn't for me, I cancelled within the allotted 10 days hassle free "trial" but after I cancelled it and the technician came on removed everything, I received a $650 bill about a month later. I called and explained everything and they ensured me this was just a mistake on there side. A couple of months go by and I call again, they tell me the problem still has not been resolved and that I still owe them $650. Why?
