The Car Salon Rust Check

I had an electrical issue with my car which needed immediate fixing because of a personal matter. My brother brought me to The Car Salon. Their attention was prompt and accomodating. That alone made my day since we were rushing for something urgent. I was ready to pay the cost Id be hearing and in FEW MINUTES, I got called. It was fixed and ready. Im not gonna say how much but I would say this shop is very honest and professional. They only do their business-an HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

I shopped around for the best paint protection film in the northeast. I found The Car Salon was the best option for me. My car look great.

The only trusted mechanics and technicians in town. Bar none.

These guys helped me with a Pre-purchase inspection, when I was serious about buying my used car. Helped me out tremendously. I didn't want to buy a lemon!

Had detailing service done to my car and I was so disappointed with the service. They did not do a good job and charged $400. I would never bring a car to that place again.

A wonderful shop. The Car Salon Tirecraft was incredibly thorough with my car both times I took it in, first for the alternator, and again for the brakes. Other shops I've taken my car into weren't clear with me as to what was wrong, and he made it easy to understand, as I'm not car savvy. The staff was very kind and generous. I highly recommend The Car Salon.

very unprofessional and unorganized people. the staff is too good at making stories with no logic. when questioned, they answer in rude manner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

I've been in Calgary since 94, been using The Car Salon - Tirecraft since 99, when they were referred to me. I've had every thing from a blown engine to tires replaced on 5 cars and trucks I've owned since then. Always complete, never a surprise. The guys are always pleasant and professional. I've referred others. Never a regret, they compete if you find a better price (tires). Highly recommend. Hope this helps.

Great Service

I have been going to the Car Salon now almost a year now . I have a 2000 Tundra which has been redone top to bottom . My truck looks as good as the day we got it from the showroom brand new, maybe even better. The guys that work there are amazing , friendly and very easy to get along with. They have every toy you could think of for your car. They're fabulous.

Worst place ever!

Tried to get a detail on my truck. Horrible work. My stuff was put on a box and then placed on another customer's vehicle and it was taken to Edmonton. Staff member said it was not the first time it happened. Rude people, poor service, horrible experience. I do not wish this to my worst enemy. Stay away!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Every excuse in the book - Vehicle went in for a $300.00 wash, tune up and oil change. They tell me next day that they couldn't do the tune up "someone's went to the hospital". But told me the vehicle was done otherwise. When I went in to pick it up truck there was black grease on the side door, engine was mud, running boards was thick mud and mud in the box (was later told they don't clean the box in the truck) also told later they don't do the undercarrage, aslo (apparantly) don't dust and don't shampoo even though they advertise it. Had left the truck there and had returned 3 times because truck was not ready and they last time I came by 3 days later and I had to have it, the truck still wasn't clean (mud on the peddles and dust on the dashboard, was also told that the mud on the peddles was normal) they said I still had to pay or they couldn't release the truck to me. I put in a fomal complaint to the manager and he said he would get back to me. I called later and he said they were short staff and would get back to me later, he would have to talk to his staff. A week later he still hasn't discussed with his staff. excuse....someone was in the hospital. HA
