Today was my first experience entering The Masque. I had previously called to enquire about boys tap shoes, and the woman I spoke to was lovely. When I arrived instore, and I asked about taps, the young lady behind the counter looked at me as if were a Martian. Even after I told her what I was after. Finally I asked, "Should I just go look?" She followed me back, didn't know the sizing, the ordering, and her colleague came by and THREW my purse to the side, spilling the contents, Disgusted

Speakthespeech, First I would like to apologize for the delayed response and secondly I would like to apologize for your bad experience. We have been in business for over 40 years and you don't get there with bad customer service. Unfortunately that was not your case. We have spoken to our staff and reminded them of the importance of customer service. If you would like to call the store and talk to one of the owners, we would like to apologize to you personally.
