    I have been livin...

    I have been living in this building for a few years now. It has really taken a turn for the better with the new management in place. Suites are being updated and the building is kept very clean. The construction across the way is almost complete so the noise is not as bothersome. The hallways could use some updating but the suites are being renovated. Management goes above and beyond the job description making sure our building is a great place to call home. If the building had a serious bedbug problem I am not sure why anyone would have been a long term renter. Sounds like someone might be disgruntled. It has been 3 years for me and am quite content with this building and neighbourhood.

    former long term Renter. The bad, Bed bugs are a serious problem in this building and the owners and management do no reimburse you for the inconvenience or loss of furniture. It was proven that the bugs came from one particular client and the rest of us suffered. Also the noise from the construction site next door and the construction workers in the neighbourhood bring the character down. The good, location.
