Understaffed, poorly trained staff, lack of maintenance/repairs ie: leaky roofs, mold, buckets all over to contain leaks, basement full of water, no air conditioning in rec centre, neglect, safety hazards ignored (staff required to work when sick), poorly managed, kitchen only serves high-fat, greasy food, nothing fresh (even the fruit comes in cans), tubs not working and/or scalding residents. We would never place a loved one here, it may be cheaper but you get what you pay for
