I used Vital to do a name change and inquire about getting a birth certificate for a family member who was born in Alberta but residing in BC. Alysa was so efficient and helpful in making all changes I needed and advising to the process of getting the birth certificate.

Staff are rude, no common sense.

If your doing your road test, do not go to Vital. The instructor is extremely rude, not only that I spent $100 on the road test and she wouldn’t even allow me to take it due to tint ALTHOUGH, the same exact instructor let me take the test before hand in the same exact vehicle with the same amount of tint. This location clearly is only in it for the money. Bring back Tim because this lady is awful.

Very disorganized, very rude staff, never going back there.

As soon as entering you are met with hostility. Current examiner lacks any sort of customer respect or dignity. Impatient, rude and extremely unprofessional. Don’t recommend coming here for anything.

I went for a road test there, and rather being friendly and understanding towards me, I was shouted at that I came too early! All the customers stopped and stared in shock. The reminder emails said if you aren’t a minimum of 30 minutes early you may not be allowed to do the test. I was 40 minutes early and was shouted at and very unwelcome. Not how I wanted to start the test for sure.

Anywhere else is a better option.

Terrible service, I waited in line for almost an hour to change my address on my DL, vehicle registration and AHC. They informed me that my bank card is not considered as a second piece of ID, and to return with two pieces of mail with my new address. I returned the next day, the staff member told me they don’t require mail as ID! They processed the motor vehicle change of address, but not the AHS, I would have to stand in line again and wait for a qualified person to process the address change!

Staff is rude, asking them a question seems to offend them. Vital Registry Services claims "The Friendliest Staff In Town", this is not true! Avoid this business

I had to cancel my daughters road test because she ended up in emergency & they wouldn’t refund me the cost of the test! Not one bit of compassion & completely unprofessional!!!

They are always friendly and I really like the fact that they are open on Saturdays!
