Dinner Factory Canada

We have recently been introduced to the Dinner Factory. We have used their “Take n’ Bake” service & most recently enjoyed “Shrimp with Peanuts & Pasta”, “Pulled Pork” & the “Deliciously Delicious Lasagna”. The detailed cooking instructions included with each entrée were easy to follow. The quality of the meals was superb, variety of flavours outstanding & the portion sizes very generous. We have enjoyed these meals ourselves & also shared them with guests…Rave reviews from everyone!

Fantastic business; love the meal prepping concept!!

What more can I say about Dinner Factory other than it's a lifesaver!! My wife and I book a session at Dinner Factory nearly every month and we look forward to the release of their menu with great anticipation. The concept is what makes it the best - meal prepping 6, 9, or 12 meals at a time (all with delicious fresh ingredients may I add) is what we live off. I highly recommend Dinner Factory for any busy families or even just busy couples!

They do NOT except their own gift cards.

Have been to Dinner Factory 3 times before and had a total blast. They were all great experiences. The last time I went when I was greeted I told them I was there to make meals. The reply was that I needed to book online. When I explained that I had been there many times before and never had to book ahead of time a lady from the other side of the room snarled and said "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE." When I tried talking to her she barely gave me time of day, but strongly answered that it "does not work like that" even though every other time I had gone that was in fact the process. We were about to leave when they said that we could purchase some pre-made meals. Not as fun as building the meals, but we were going to anyways. When it was time to pay I handed them a $50 gift card and they said "We don't except these anymore." Shocked, I repeated to be sure that THEY were not going to except THEIR gift card. "Yep we don't except paper ones anymore so you can rip that up." A gift card to Dinner factory we had received as birthday present was NOT accepted at Dinner Factory. Something has clearly changed and this place is now a joke for a business. There are many other business like this in the Edmonton area that are just the same and the customer service will definitely be better and their business policies will be customer orientated. Find somewhere else to make your meals.
