Man Cave Barber Shop Metropolis at Metrotown

I've been going Metrotown Men Cave for last 3 years on regular basis. On July 28, 2022,10.58am, I went to same Men Cave to cut my hair (Not back of head or neck) During my hair cut, I felt some sting back of head. I didn't think too much of it. After all finished, the barber didn't use mirror show back of my head. I paid and left. Around noon I felt sharp pain from back of head and took some pictures. Contacted store manager David-he responded "Let me find out what happen"

He came over on tuesday and gave me a really nice cut.

Recently went in for a quick tidy-up. I explained that I just wanted it “Cleaned up” and asked for his opinion on what to do with it. He just shrugs and says “You're the one that has to live with it”. Really, like I didn't know that. Okay take some off the sides and blend it in to the top is what I told him. Most hairdressers will offer their “Expertise” or opinion at the very least. I suppose that would be too much to ask of him though. Full story at yelp. Thanks
