Our sewer line had become clogged. We called Drain Master Plumbers who came to our home in Deep Cove. The plumbers found out tree roots had gotten into our line. Since they were going to replace the line without digging a trench we let them do the job. They did an excellent job replacing the sewer line. The price was very good as well.

Water Line Replacement Vancouver

We had our water line replaced by Drain Master Plumbers. We chose them because they gave us the best quote and said they would not need to dig a trench in our yard. They did exactly as promised and they just dug up 2 small holes, one where they placed the new water line and a hole where they used a machine to pull the new line through. An excellent job well done. It was done on time and price and you would never have known they were here to replace our water line. Highly recommended. Billy

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One of their technicians came to perform a drain tile scope and in the process broke the sump pump cover. I was told the technician had called it in,management was aware of the issue, and that it would be fixed. The next morning when I called to follow up I was spoken to very rudely and told that my house was old and that they can't be responsible for things breaking because they are old. Save your money and call someone else

Their technician told us he’s done hundreds of these inspections and can tell right away, based on the age of the house, that there are problems with the type of perimeter piping that we had. He proceeded to ‘flush’ out our piping but said he was unable to get his hose around the house’s corners and we had blockages on both sides of the house. After being unable to flush our perimeter drains, he provided us a quote of $1200-1500 to dig up both sides of the house to clear up blockages; the technician also warned us that it could be higher because there was no way of knowing the situation until they get down there. Along with the quote, he gave us an invoice to be paid immediately for $285. Please note, Drainmasters bills themselves as the ‘no dig’ solution. Being suspicious, we called several plumbers and ended up contacting RotoRooter. Their technician came and provided us a free inspection of our perimeter drainage using their underground scope. He had no problem getting around the corners of our older home, and found no blockages. He did find that the pipes under the driveway needed repair and provided his quote; there was no charge for the camera scoping. When I called Drainmasters to complain about the work they had done, their first response was that their technician’s ‘flushing’ likely cleaned out our perimeter drains clearing the way for the RotoRooter scope. When I asked for a refund, they asked for a copy of the RotoRooter quote to look into it. After reviewing RotoRooter’s quote, Drainmasters responded that they felt we were charged the appropriate amount and that there would be no refund. When challenged on the quality of work and asked if they would send a technician out with a scope to verify the findings, we were told that there would be a charge for the perimeter scope.
