    Stumbled upon thi...

    Stumbled upon this shop as i was looking for a place to get my car fixed. They were ICBC accredited and the staff was really nice and helpful so i decided to use them. No pain, leave the car take their courtesy car and got a call back within a week to pick up. Everything was fixed like brand new and car was back to 100%!

    Awesome service. Exceeded expectations.

    I recently had my car broken into and needed an accredited ICBC shop. I called up BC auto as it was recommended by my Mercedes mechanic. The owner (Jag) was super helpful and friendly. I needed to get my window fixed as it was broken by the thieves. While I was there I figured I would ask how much it would cost to fix my front bumper which was slightly off its bracket. The car was fixed on time and when I went to pick it up, Jag walked me through all of the repairs. He was very thorough. They ended up fixing the front bumper free of charge. Also, they completely detailed the car so it was spotless. Repairs came with a warrantee which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend this place as it's tough to find a auto repair shop you can trust and that doesn't try to nickel and dime you for everything.
