    I called and spok...

    I called and spoke with someone approx. 1.5 weeks prior to flight and reserved at which time I was assured that someone would be here to pick me up at 620 am. I waited until 625 before calling and then was told that they didn't have any reservation for me and that he just got back into town 2 days before and nobody told him about it so I needed to call a cab. He argued that it wasn't his fault he didn't get told, he doesn't take reservations 2 weeks prior to and I should have called night bef

    If I could I would give it 10 stars!

    The people who provide this service are excellent! For safety reasons I will the guy "Joe". Joe provides an excellent shuttle service. He always is pleasent, patient, on time, and friendly. This company is by far Reliable and the fee is Amazing!! I would definately recommend using this service.
