Very disappointed indeed. Spent 2000CAD for a new door system. The door came down while I was reversing out of the garage and hit the top of the tail gate. The technician and the management were reluctant to accept anything at all calling it a MYSTERY!? Meaning I have to pay for part and labour while they are reluctant to even repair the door? Very unfair. Terrible customer service and reluctance to resolve the problem. PLEASE WATCH OUT!

Had an issue with...

Had an issue with our outer door at the cafe. Never have used a service to fix something like this before. It took the young serviceman a total of 5 minutes to fix our problem. He felt bad because his superiors told him he had to charge for 1 hour..$95. You could tell the young man felt bad as he knew how long he spent. Even after talking to his company they insisted he charge $99 for the call. Well...we will never use this company again... They had an opportunity to gain a valuable customer and make a new alliance for their company but now they have proven to be all about the mighty dollar and not about customer service at all. I would recommend the young serviceman seek out employment at another firm which may appreciate his moral ethics ..... our review of this company remains a one star. Good customer service is paramount nowadays and bad service is equally recognized
