Refused service to me because i live on the wrong side of the pitt river bridge.

Booked a taxi for the airpot, never turned up. Dont book these people, Useless !!!!1

9 minutes on hold to get dispatch and then told a wait of 5 minutes yet 65 minutes later and no taxi. Argh.

excellent service. showed up in 10 minutes in a clean brand new car. Driver was excellent - I think his name was Ravi? He is a very good driver. Price was more than fair. Highly recommended.

tonight a female friend called me, distraught in a fight with her boyfriend, i told her i would help her and pay for a cab to remove her from the situation, the cab driver demanded money up front or her cell phone as colladeral, then left her in the rain, a taxi driver scared that a soaked crying 5 foot girl would rob him, get a life these people disgust me i will never try them again. Sick.
