corn tortillas filled with uniquely spiced chicken, smothered in tomatillo~poblano chile salsa, baked with cheese, laced with crema and cilantro

as above, but smothered in our tasty tomato~chile ranchero sauce

CHIPOTLE CHICKEN TACO -

tender chicken breast strips roasted in our own chipotle adobo,shredded lettuce, pico de gallo salsa, filled into lightly browned soft flour tortillas

a browned whole wheat tortilla filled with chipotle~tossed coldwater shrimp, tumeric~currant rice, diced cucumber, romaine and home~made chipotle mayonaisa. Laced with sour cream.
