It was terrible that the manager didn’t admit his mistake. He scanned the wrong item that I didn’t purchase. The item I purchased wasn’t on the receipt so I couldn’t exchange. My 15 year old daughter was there when we purchased some items from this manager. She said, “Why he is not admitting his mistake? He scanned those. No one accepts responsibility and blames others.” Remember NO RETURN POLICY. Make sure to check your receipt. It’s your fault if a wrong item is scanned by a clerk/manager
