I work in a clinic where I frequently speak with Pharmaciats!! This pharmacy is always helpful, the pharmacist is great to work with, always does what he can for my patients and is 100% reliable!! Thanks Emade

I do not know he is a cashier or owner, but he is not friendly at all. He is very rude and negative to his customer. I asked him question about my prescription, but he didn't enplane properly and he walked away. I never go back to this pharmacy.

Pharmacist is very rude. I called in for some questions and he just flat out said he was too busy and hung up on me. Now he wont even answer the phone.

He made a mistake in dispensing wrong dosage. I brought back to him the medication and complaint about it. He didn’t apologize at all, instead shouted at me “don’t come back”. Extremely rude.

The owner is extremely rude. Doesn't value his customers. I was stunned at how he talked to me today. Lost a lot of business today and will continue to. Word of mouth is everything! Went across the street to save on. Saved a lot of money, time and no one there is rude. Choose wisely, I won't ever be going back.

I've never been the type of person to go out of my way to write a review about a business whether I had a good or bad experience, but after meeting 'Emad' and 'Deena' and the professional care and knowledge that I recieved from them is nothing short of perfect. I've delt with a lot of pharmacys over the last 6 years and found that almost everyone except Burke mountain pharmacy have treated me rudely slow and didn't feel comfortable, but when I met Emad it changed everything. He cares about his customers and will help any one in any way he can even if its not related to healthcare. Him and his employees are nothing short of perfect and would recommend everyone to deal with Emad or deena personally at Burke mountain pharmacy. Adam.
