I moved from Richmond BC with Vega Line a while ago. They gave me the best price I could find thats how I chose them out of five different moving companies. I saved a lot on moving. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an affordable move.
EXCELLENT! We had a move from Vancouver to Toronto and Vega Line team was absolutely fantastic! We had no issues with them at all. They were prompt, kind, courteous, and their prices are the best I could find. The movers were gentle with all of our valuable belongings, and they also notified us when the items arrived to our destination. If I had any questions or concerns on the way, Mark and his team were quite helpful! Well recommended.
I made the mistake of booking with this company based on a good quote and reviews from uship. Our furnature was two weeks late, and while I recieved a discount based on this, every single piece of large furnature was damaged. There was even a shoe print stain on top of our white side table, so clearly their employees feel it's okay to stand on people's furnature and do what ever they like. My advice: the discount isnt worth it and be sure to do extensive research when choosing a company.
I want to thank you Vega Line for doing a great move for me last week. I was stunned on how systematically you prepared yourselves in doing the move when you arrived. The movers were remarkable and trustworthy. Count me as a satisfied customer! I'd refer your moving company to others who will need help in moving their things.

I wish zero stars was an option. Brief summary: Vega movers broke and scratch up my furniture, refused to open and unload the truck at delivery until I paid in full, did not adhere to their moving schedule at all. My wife and I scheduled our move a month in advance with Tina from Vega Line Moving and Storage Services. We had preboxed all belongings and Vega stated that their movers will pad/wrap all furniture in blankets and safely delivery everything. They provided a delivery window between 8
The service that I received from Vega Line Moving Services was excellent over all. I am very pleased with the outcome of this move and would use this company in the future. I recommend Vega Line to anyone who needs a reliable long distance moving company.
I moved from Vancouver, BC to San Diego, CA in October and i used Vega Line Moving for my move. i am completely satisfied and happy with them. There were no hidden fees in my move at all. The guys were super-efficient and got everything done without denting or damaging anything like some movers. I've moved many times, and this past move with Vega Line Moving has definitely been the best by far.
We used Vega Line Moving as per recommendation of one of my friend, they used them couple years ago and were happy with the service. We moved from Red Deer, AB to Squamish, The best part was that all the members of the team worked very hard, diligently and had a smile on their faces all through the long day. We are happy that everything arrived without any damages. A pleasure to deal with them definitely I will recommend Vega Line Moving.
Their customer service rep Adam exceeded my expectation. Along with other furniture, I had a piano to move with Vega Line Moving. Their crews have been very caring and professional. They took extreme care to tying the stuffs down on the truck. Despite a small house and tight stair corners, they could easily move all items including the piano. They went the long mile successfully and arrived on time. The Vega Line moving crew made my move less stressful.
Just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with our experience with your company re our recent move. Everyone we dealt with on the phone or on e-mail were very professional. In particular we were very pleased with Sam wo moved our furniture to Abbotsford. They were very professional and made a stressful day much easier.
Awful experience! We moved from Toronto to Edmonton and the majority of my furniture came back to me damaged. It was all the types of damage indicative of a lack of care or responsibility for other people's belongings. Furthermore they LOST a piece of furniture that turned up 4 weeks later. They were hard to get hold of and nobody at thier CSR department would reply to my repeated attempts to get in contact with them. The men that picked up my items in Toronto were wonderful but the Edmonton branch was the complete opposite. They were rude and one guy was on his cell phone most of the time. To add insult to injury a CSR representative offered me 75$ for the damages on the condition that I not write any reviews about thier products or services. Keep your money Vega Line. Customers should know what they have in store if they book their move with you. DO NOT BOOK WITH VEGA LINE MOVING!
My real estate angent did recomend me Vega Line moving company to move partial furniture form my Vancouver home for staging the house and I hired Vega Line Moving. The entire experience was fantastic. I was very worried becaus in my home I have a lot of antiques and valuables from all around the globe, but the movers did outstanding job. I am very pleased. I hired Vega Line Moving Services for my move form Toronto, ON to Edmonton, AB. They were reasonably priced and because the company rep promised me that the way my items would be picked up on a decided date it would be delivered at my new home on my requested date. I was OK with the condition and scheduled my pickup date 6 days before necessary. The pickup boys came at 8 a.m. in the morning and started according to their working policy. Thay did greta job. The delivery boys and the truck drivers were equally punctual (they arrive in Vancouver after 7 days as they promised)and hardworking as the pickup boys were. The moving team from Vega Line Moving did not only value our furniture, computers and other articles while doing our house move, but they understood the true value of our time. It was very easy to schedule the time with them. I am satisfied with their work and will recommend them anytime. Thank you from bottom of my Heart Meg G.
I wanted to write this review as soon as possible because my move today was such a great experience.I moved from Montreal QC to Seattle,WA. I chose Vega Line Moving and Storage based on these reviews and I'm glad I did my homework. They charged reasonable ., but you definitely get what you pay for and their speed and professionalism reduces the time another less qualified mover would probably take, and is well worth it. Knowing what I was getting into and specifying what I did and didn't want them to do ahead of time (e.g. I told them not to shrink wrap the mattresses, and made sure all of my stuff was packed well and I didn't need them to pack loose items, etc.) made this such a great experience, the easiest move I've ever had,The guys were so quick and so professional, as well as helpful and friendly. . They give you some free boxes to help your move, which might save you a little cash. Also, they'll bring a few wardrobe boxes on the day you move for you to hang clothes in. My Wife is eight months pregnant and I can't even tell you how worth it this was!!! Thank you Vega Line Moving and the team.

This ended up being far challenging than I think any of us expected it to be, and having your team there was terrific and really helped bring our stress levels down. Rios, Ishmail and Akun were incredibly professional, and were so efficient. The packed truck was a work of art, and I still can't believe they fitted everything in! They were incredibly patient with us, and the fact that we had to share the freight elevator with all the other people in the building. They brought humor to what could have been a very traumatic day, and ended up making it a very fun experience for us all. Thanks so much again Debbie, I cannot put into words what this meant to us today. You being able to take this on pro-bono means we have more money that can be put into our award winning Economic Security program, or into our Education Awards program.
