    I am so mad because I’m disabled and I can’t get to my mailbox every day. I went down today(Sunday) and not only can I not get my mail but I don’t have a key to a box that I don’t know what box I’m in. You should have sent an email out to tell us we’re getting new postal bins and how we can get into a box for our mail. You make us seniors so mad by not letting us know ahead of time you were going to do that. I haven’t got a parcel that was sent to me and you guys said you put it in my box,
