Staggering lack of customer service, responsiveness, productivity, and efficiency. The products themselves are excellent quality, but the service during and after installation was abysmal. The contractor (Doug) disappeared for weeks at a time leaving tools and debris in our kitchen. Jane often ignored our calls and texts, particularly after the final invoice had been paid. We never received a finished piece of quartz behind our oven despite weeks of calls and texts being ignored. We were overly

i would not recommend this company. i had counters installed and the seam in totally visible and in the middle of the kitchen island instead of beside the sink where the other 3 companies that quoted would have put it. i have tried on several occassions to have this rectified without success...DO NOT USE THEM!!
