Mr Rooter Plumbing

We had a slow leak in an intake pipe at one of our units and called these guys. The plumber quoted us $2500 saying it was a large job and he needed an extra guy to help him. No extra guy showed up. They were supposed to remove all the concrete under the step and replace the pipe.He did the bare minimal and still took full payment. Get a break down of the job and get them to sign a quote. We got taken advantage of and ripped off which is my fault for trusting these guys. Never again!

I had contacted Mr Rooter Surrey BC to unclog a Sewer clog that was clogged in the main Sewage drain line. Both toilets and showers were clogged. The plumber that came out to the home was kind and courteous and was very respectful but unfortunately the plumber appeared to not have the experience in handling clogged drain lines.
