We paid extra for priority seating Air Canada through Riya. Air Canada changed our seating a the last minute without our consent. We complained to Riya and they refuse to do anything about it. My Dad was the passenger a senior citizen with health issues and needed to board ahead of time near the bathroom. He takes a lot of medication and the side effect was frequent urination. Riya had no compassion for us our seats changed. Dont do business with Riya! Unsympathetic, cruel, unsupportive
