Never again( and this place was recommended) Went and had pedi yesterday with a friend, even though my gc said deluxe i received same one. Hers was actually better as she received a 10 min leg massage and lotioning. I did not. When mentioned to owner she shoved her phone in front of me showing video that he had wiped down my legs,which he did but no massage. My nails are not even colored and the pinkie looks like it is lifting. Found the owner rude, condescending and just nasty.

hello this was my second time but it was a very lousy service , the service giver was on the phone most of the time with office calls hence no focus on what she was doing. i also think was overcharged!!

I had a girl named Vail. She had over cut the cuticles I noticed and was causing slight tenderness to me which in the past have not experienced at another nail place. She was removing too much skin. I have heard that you are not supposed to remove skin around cuticles unless its rough and dry. In this case she took even some healthy cuticle away,therefore I got peeling skin and fraying around my nails a day or two later. So my advice is make sure you tell the girls not to b so rough

Ruined my existing manicure. I've been coming here for years. It's not that great but it was close to home. They completely butchered my nails. I was upset and told them I hated them, and then they told me "fine, go!" Never go here.

The most horrible...

The most horrible nails spa you can ever go to. Rude, dirty and unprofessional. All they do is yap and laugh at customers in their own language. They eat right on the nail cleaning tables. I used to go there just because it was close to my place but I decided never again. Their supervisor is the most unprofessional.

I will never go back

After seating me at his table, the tech asked to be excused. He went outside for a cigarette!!!! He came back stinking of smoke, which admittedly I soon couldn't smell due to the overpowering odor of nail polish and chemicals in the shop. They clearly don't have the correct ventilation. His nail creating skills were poor - the French of my manicure was applied sloppily and he used the dremel to smooth and even out what other nail techs did with the brush (two tone gel nails). His overuse of the dremel in this way has left me with sore fingers - not something I'm used to from other visits. I will stick to my regular shop in future. The decode of this shop was depressing (I've already mentioned the odor problem)
