Paid $60 for delivery. They accidentally Shipped 8" joist hangers instead of 6" joist hangers. Rest of order correct. I get it. Mistakes happen. However, it cost me about $100 OUT OF POCKET to replace and return joists. (Labor and Fuel) Brought up to Management (ownership) when returning the wrong joists. Explained legitimate out of pocket costs and got a shoulder shrug. Too bad, so sad. Not a good experience.
