Horrible customer service. The manager called a feet we left a poor review and insulted and threatened us if we didn’t remove the review. They take your deposit and then say the warranty are not transferred so your out 4000

They tried to sell me a dilapidated truck using high pressure sales tactics and lying about vehicles history. Saying it was only registered in BC while it had spent its life in the USA, Then tried to use the tread on the tires as proof it was mechanically sound.

Tom and patty were very helpful and great to deal with. They made sure things were lined up and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would definitely buy another vehicle from am Ford.

I have purchased three cars from AM FORD so far, I have been VERY satisfied with all of them. The service and the customer care is without equal in the Kootenays and I will not buy a care from anyone else! They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I am a happy and satisfied customer. If I have an issue, they work with me toward a solution and I have never been dissatisfied. Ask for Patti, shes the best!

I bought a Ford Flex from AM Ford and love it.!All the comfort & space one could wish for. Kelly Zaytsoff was terrific b& continues to help with the technology (support when codes need changing etc). I would certainly buy a car (used or new) from her again. Very knowledgeable. The services have also been a good experience. They do my regular maintenance & were very helpful with an insurance claim. I was very impressed with the guys in the service dept. certainly went the extra mile for us.
