Barclay Restorations

We have worked with DKI Barclay on two recent insurance restorations. On both occasions they have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The project managers assigned to us were most knowledgeable about the work to be done. The trades persons who were sent to our home were very competent and courteous. They called prior to a scheduled site visit and were always on time. DKI Barclay would be our first choice in home restoration.

I had the best experience from the start with Barclay. I had a flood on a Thursday evening and by Friday mid morning (I called first thing Friday) the crew were here placing fans and dehumidifiers. The crew were amazing! Friendly, polite and accomodating as much as possible. The process was seamless from start to finish. I was lucky I was able to be camping during the 3 week schedule so my life wasn't interrupted in the least. Other than a slight delay in communication I Am happy!

Barclay & there team were quick to respond. They took care of all my contents (the wet ones), especially the sentimental ones and made sure they were all cleaned and stored while the necessary repairs took place. Claim has since been completed and my items were returned in the way they were prior to the flood. THANK YOU BARCLAY!! I will recommend you to anyone!

Absolutely terrible. A senior family member has been out of her home for 3+ months while Barclay stalls and makes excuses for its inaction on a job.

Excellent, fast and know what they are doing, the write everything down and work with you and keep you updated on every single thing.
