When an apartment gets bed bugs they only spray that apt not the next door ones so some of the bugs go next door and come back later. The building is infested and always will be. The building is managed by Prospero who has the worst Property Managers. They dont care about anything except collecting the rent. They let the Building Managers do whatever they want like enter your suite without notice. They rent to anybody so the building has a lot of weirdos and troublemakers.
